![]() The Health Convergence Core Group commissioned SI to write a Policy Options Paper for a Federal, Decentralized Health System for Burma/Myanmar, which was presented at the HCCG workshop on February 10, 2014.
![]() SI Director attended the 2nd Ethnic Armed Resistance Organization Conference in Law Khee Lar, Karen State, January 20-25, 2015, where more than 150 ethnic representatives were present. Ethnic leaders were able to collectively agreed on the draft Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement.
![]() SI visited remote Kayah villages (21-27 December 2013) east of Pruso township, Kayah State, where there is no electricity, no middle school nor clinic, etc. but a huge Burmese military training school in the mist of Kayah villages.
![]() The Kachin Literature and Cultural Association of Singapore organized a "Communication and Media Relations Training" on September 7, 2013, where SI was invited to present on the subject and lead the discussion.
![]() Assessment and Community Partnership survey trip to Ler Doh (Kyaukkyi) on August 1-4, 2013. We met with leaders from local CBOs, religious organizations and the KNU liaison office.
![]() Youth Exchange for Peace (22-24, April 2013) organized by Karenni youth in Loikaw, Kayah State. Invited by the Karenni youths, SI provided a two-day workshop on Peace Monitoring Mechanism. Click here.
